Our Simple & Transparent Fees
Welcome to the AST family. We keep costs clear so you can focus on the swimming.
Fees fund our charitable work. Academy Swim Team is registered charity 1211831. Membership income is applied to swimming activities such as pool hire, coaching, equipment, insurance, affiliations, volunteer development and essential administration. Any surplus remains with the charity to support its mission.

Your monthly fee covers all scheduled pool and land training sessions. One single payment, no hidden weekly costs.
Fees follow the same pathway structure as our squads. Approximate session and hourly values use a 52-week training year spread across 12 monthly payments.

One setup fee covers your club joining administration and the correct Swim England membership for your swimmer.

Choose one setup option. Most new swimmers start with Club Train, then move to Club Compete when they feel comfortable entering competitions.

The Important Details
Fee Reviews
Fees are reviewed annually to cover running costs. Changes are communicated in advance.
Masters Squad (18+)
Flexible coached training available as a pay-as-you-go alternative at £7.50 per hour.
Leaving the Club
We require one month's notice in writing to the Secretary to cancel your Direct Debit.
Late Payments
Training may be paused if fees become significantly overdue.
