Welcome to Academy Swim Team Burnham-on-Sea. Please complete all four parts below and submit to the club's membership secretary. If the member is under 18, provide parent/guardian contact details rather than the young person's. If you have multiple swimmers joining, submit this form once for each swimmer. Questions? Most new swimmers start here, then move to Club Compete when they feel comfortable entering competitions. Part 2 — Photography Declaration & Sharing of Achievements

Photographs of under-18s are taken and published in line with Swim England's Photography Policy. You can withdraw consent in writing to the Welfare Officer at any time.
